The Academic Board Meeting for the 2025-2026 Academic Year Spring Semester was held.

Our Faculty's Academic Board Meeting was held on July 1, 2026, in our Faculty Meeting Hall under the chairmanship of our Dean, Prof. Dr. Murat YEŞİLTAŞ, with the participation of our faculty members.

During the meeting, the 2025-2026 Academic Year Spring Semester was comprehensively evaluated from both academic and administrative perspectives, and discussions were held to enhance the quality of educational activities.

Within the scope of the Board; issues to be considered in the preparation of the end-of-semester and end-of-year exam schedules, controls to be conducted during the exam processes, the results of surveys conducted by our Faculty, and improvement activities that can be planned based on these results were discussed.

Additionally, evaluations were made regarding the effective and efficient use of the MAKÜ-NET application within the scope of our University's digital transformation efforts, informing students about the application, the usage processes of forms and documents available on our Faculty's website, and the dissemination of the Electronic Document Management System (EBYS). The importance of conducting document processes effectively, regularly performing EBYS controls, and ensuring that the information and documents requested from faculty members are prepared and delivered completely within the specified timeframes was emphasized.

Furthermore, during the meeting, the internship processes of our students who will start their internships in the 2025-2026 Academic Year Summer Term were evaluated, and requests and suggestions from students were discussed to make the implementation process more effective.

After the section for wishes and suggestions, the meeting concluded with the evaluation of good practice proposals aimed at improving the quality of educational, research, and administrative processes carried out in our Faculty.

Our Faculty continues to carry out its academic and administrative activities with determination in line with the understanding of continuously improving the quality of educational activities.
